Felix frankfurter #78 (1882-1965) frankfurter was born in Austria. (that impediment would have prohibited him from becoming president.) in new York frankfurter obtained a degree from Harvard….he eventually became a professor there. He performed various jobs but it seems important to note he assisted in founding the American civil liberties union.
